Our Factory
ALUSCALE’s facility is located in the Logistics Village in New Industrial
Area with a major surrounding road network to ensure a smooth logistics operation. The facility is built on a 1,000 sqm plot with offices, showrooms, accommodation, workshop and store. The workshop has five major sections, Aluminum Machining Section, Metal Sheets Section, Aluminum Composite Panel Section, Welding Section and the Assembly Section which is equipped with pneumatic tools for faster production and assembly. Moreover, a dispatch area for ready items.
ALUSCALE is able to undertake any fabrication works related to Aluminum Windows, Doors and Curtain Walls. The production of Aluminum Composite Panels is done on CNC routers and Vertical Saws to ensure precise outcome. The Metal Section is equipped with Shearing and Bending Machines that can produce any design required. The Welding Section has the latest welding equipment available in the market and is capable of welding any type of Steel and Aluminum.
